2. Eligibility Criteria

• Be Indian citizens aged 18 years or older at the time of registration.
• Meet the specific eligibility requirements for each course or job opportunity.
• Submit authentic and verifiable documents during the application or enrollment process.
• Understand that selection is subject to availability, verification, and prerequisites.

3. Code of Conduct for Trainees and Job Seekers

• Attend all training sessions regularly and punctually.
• Maintain professionalism and respect toward staff, trainers, and peers.
• Adhere to all institutional and platform-specific guidelines.

The Centre may take strict action including access cancellation for:

• Misconduct or disruptive behaviour.
• Providing fraudulent information.
• Frequent absenteeism or low participation.
• Policy violations.

4. Training Program & Placement Policy

• All programs are practical, industry-driven, and include soft skills training.
• Placement support is offered post successful completion, but not guaranteed.
• The Centre is not responsible for external job listings outside official networks.
• No fees or commissions should be paid for placements. Report any such requests immediately.

5. Use and Protection of Personal Data

• By registering, you permit us to collect and process your data for related services.
• Data may be shared with hiring partners, government bodies, or academic collaborators.
• We ensure your privacy and will not misuse or sell your information.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All app content, including text, visuals, materials, and branding belongs to MSTI Kandivali or its partners.
• Copying, distributing, or modifying content without permission is prohibited.
• Violations may result in legal consequences.

7. Third-party Links and Partner Resources

• The portal may link to third-party sites, like industry or certification bodies.
• The Centre is not responsible for external content or security.
• Partner logos and resources are property of respective organisations.

8. Technical Issues and Accessibility

• We aim to maintain optimal uptime and functionality, but disruptions may occur due to:
• Maintenance or upgrades
• Power or network issues
• Force majeure situations
• We are not liable for data loss or technical delays beyond our control.

9. Termination of Access

• Access may be suspended or terminated for:
• Violations of these terms
• Misuse of training/job services
• Attempts to hack or exploit the system

10. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes related to the Kandivali Skill Centre App and services fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
